"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

some people, like me, are critics. cos we are either too lazy, or do not have the skills to do it. FOr instance, you don't need to know how to play music, to know what is good to your ears... it's the same to me. I trust what my eyes see, what my heart feels when I see something, even if they are wrong.
